Meet The Team

andrea2.png

Andrea

Andrea has been lucky enough to share her life with a variety of animals over the years, including small animals, reptiles, tropical fish, birds, dogs, and cats. She currently has three wonderful cats and tropical fish of her own. Animals—and helping animals in need—have been a passion of hers since childhood.

While attending college, Andrea had the opportunity to work at a county animal shelter, which gave her valuable hands-on experience caring for animals and deepened her love for them. She also spent many years working in mental health and social services, where she developed strong skills in communication, responsibility, organization, and caring for others.

Andrea is currently a stay-at-home mom and homemaker and absolutely loves working with Emily’s Pet Care. She truly feels that working with animals is something she was meant to do! She loves every minute she gets to spend with the pets in her care and also values the opportunity to help their people.

Andrea believes that taking care of someone’s pets is also a way of taking care of their humans. Pets are family, and she understands how important it is to have someone you trust caring for them while you’re away. Her goal is not only to make sure your pets are happy, safe, and well cared for, but also to give you the reassurance and peace of mind that they are in good hands.

Ashley

Caring for animals has always been a big part of Ashley’s life, and pet sitting has become something she genuinely looks forward to. She has been working with Emily’s Pet Care for the past three years and has found so much joy in caring for and getting to know so many wonderful pets and their families.

Ashley grew up with cats and currently has two of her own, but she has always loved spending time with dogs as well. Over the years, she has cared for pets belonging to family, friends, and clients and has learned that every animal has their own personality, routines, and needs. She loves taking the time to get to know each pet and making sure they feel comfortable, happy, and cared for while their people are away.

Animals have always been a huge part of Avrie’s life, and she is dedicated to making sure the pets in her care feel comfortable, happy, and loved as if they were her own! Between her family’s homes, she has four dogs—two pit bulls, a boxer, and a Chihuahua—as well as a cat of her own. Fun fact: Avrie also has a hermit crab who is about 13 years old and has been with her since the fourth grade.

Caring for her own animals has given Avrie experience with many different routines, personalities, and care styles. She understands how important it is to find someone trustworthy to care for your furry family members. Whether your pets love playtime, walks, or cuddles, her goal is to provide dependable care and peace of mind while you are away. She is excited to meet your pets!

At home, she has two Pomeranians, Baby Buoy and Happy, and a Boston Terrier named Roscoe. Elizabeth is excited to bring her many years of experience with animals to caring for your pets.

jaime2.png

Jaime

Jaime has always loved animals! Growing up, her family always had cats, litters of kittens, and rescue dogs, and they were the neighbors everyone asked to pet sit. When Jaime grew up and moved out of her parents’ house, she counted down the days until she could get a pup of her own. She rescued a pit bull puppy and has been rescuing them ever since!

Jaime currently has two four-year-old pit bull/boxer mixes who are brother and sister. She understands the special connection people have with their pets, as she, her husband, and their kids couldn’t imagine life without their dogs and parakeet. Family is important to Jaime, and she understands that your pets are important to you, too. She will give them the same love and care she gives her own family and looks forward to caring for your pets.
